in relation to your personal data. We hope the following sections will answer any
questions you have but if not, please do get in touch with us. We may change this
Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes, but you're
welcome to come back and check it whenever you wish. By playing Coral Dive, you are
agreeing to be bound by this Policy.


Who are we?

Studio Frutti is a trading name of Fruity Games Ltd, a company registered in
England and Wales with company number 13580631.


1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:


1.1 Account Information

Coral Dive uses Meta account login for authentication.

We receive your display name, Meta ID, and any other information you have chosen to share through your Meta profile.

We do not create or maintain separate Coral Dive accounts.


1.2 Gameplay Data

In-game actions, progression, achievements, and session activity.

Cosmetic item ownership and customization details.

Purchases of in-game currency ("pearls") or items.

Technical information such as device type, operating system, crash reports, and performance metrics.


1.3 Communication Data

Text chat logs for moderation purposes.

Voice chat is monitored in real-time but not permanently stored.

In cases of suspected violations, Voice Patrol may record and store short audio snippets temporarily for review.


1.4 Payment Information

All purchases are processed through Meta’s payment system.

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Operate and improve Coral Dive.

Personalize in-game experiences.

Maintain security and enforce community rules.

Track gameplay statistics and balance features.

Provide customer support.

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or cheating.


3. Sharing Your Information

We share your data only as necessary to operate Coral Dive:

Unity Analytics – to understand gameplay patterns and improve performance.

PlayFab - to store and retrieve in-game items linked to account

Voice Patrol – to monitor and address community safety concerns through temporary recordings.

Meta – to process logins and payments.

Legal Compliance – when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your data or share it with marketing partners.


4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Coral Dive account remains active (via Meta login) or as required by law.

Gameplay and account data are deleted upon account removal.

Temporary violation recordings from Voice Patrol are deleted after moderation review.


5. Children’s Privacy

Coral Dive is intended for players 13 years of age and older. Players under 13 must have verified parental consent in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
